AI Ready Clinic for Leaders – Hiring AI Talents
In this session, Laurence will provide interesting insights into how AI Singapore managed to build a 300-strong Singaporean AI Engineering team. He will share a structure in which larger organisations can replicate the same process to quickly build their own AI/ML talent pipeline without competing in the open market for expensive AI/ML talents. This repeatable methodology has been shared with numerous organisations and countries to replicate their own “AI Singapore” model.
