How do I change the name that appears on my certificate?

For a request for a name change on the certificate, you are required to:
Step 1: Sign in to your LearnAI account.
Step 2: Edit the First name under “Edit Profile”. Remember to save the changes.
Step 3: Click on your e-certificate and you will be able to see the change reflected which will be displayed accordingly in future certificates.
