How are projects assigned to AIAP apprentices?

Assignment of projects happen in week 7-8 of the apprenticeship. Apprentices will be allowed to indicate their preferences.
The mentors will assign the projects considering the apprentices’ preferences and their skill sets to ensure a good fit for the apprentices and the projects.
