I registered last week, but I still haven't received a confirmation email. We've checked our spam folders and none of my other three teammates have received any message either.

@jjade, for all complete applications will receive welcome email within 10 working days from submission date. We have sent another batch of welcome email earlier. Do check if you have received it, otherwise reply by providing your email address to so we can confirm. Thank you.
